New Workshop May 9th: Personal Wellness – It’s Personal

 

For centuries we have been taught that personal wellness is found outside of ourselves. As such, when we actively take steps to create a life that we desire, instinctively, we tend to look externally for that which will facilitate change inside of our selves.  If we want to create sustaining change inside of our selves, inside of our selves is precisely where we must go to achieve the change we seek. Short of that, looking outside of ourselves for another’s strategies ensures a gap between our intention and the in-sights achieved.

Personal Wellness, It’s Personal recognizes this gap and offers up new considerations that make way for participants to not only notice the resourcefulness that lies within them, but demonstrates with certainty that personal wellness does not happen at the level of strategy. It happens at a much higher level of thinking! That level of thinking is referred to as spirituality.  Not as in religiosity, but a level of our thinking where all that we’ve “dreamed” of being and achieving in our lives, becomes obtainable, vis-à-vis a realized intention. This workshop makes space for you to wake up to and engage a level of thinking that before now, you may not have even known was available to you.  When you experience finding wellness inside of yourself, you come to realize that you never have to depend on anyone ever again to create the life that you want.

This one-day gathering will provide a new lens through which to consider that your personal wellness is indeed personal; that it will not come from outside of you, or of another’s strategy, rather, it is already in you to be accessed and activated. This wellness journey will introduce you to the WEL-Systems® body of knowledge that re-connects you with you!  This gathering is not about sitting in the room having someone else be an inspiration for you, rather it is about noticing your self and being inspired for the brilliance that is you. With that you will leave at day’s end different, resourceful, and ready to be in your life as opposed to just doing your life.
